Hey there, my name is Alle Osborne. I'm a junior here at TCU this year studying finance. I don't really know what I want to do with my life yet, so I'm just getting a pretty general degree that I figure I can't go wrong with. Hopefully I'll come out on top in the end. Things are going well so far.
I hope to become a better writer after taking this course. I havn't really written many papers since high school, so I'm going to be a little rusty. The only times that I really ever write are when I'm taking notes in class or texting people. Also, I write the occasional email when I have to. I feel good about my writing because I just write what I think mostly. But I also get the option to think about what I'm trying to say-if that makes any sense.
My knowledge of politics now and what's going on is awful. I use to keep up with it all in high school with social studies classes, but now that it's my choice I don't give it any time at all. I just really don't care enough to take the time out of my day mostly. I should keep up with it all, and hopefully this class will help me out with that. I need a little push sometimes. Everyone views are very interesting and it does affect me whether I think so or not.
I think my blog is making the argument that I love to have fun. That I care more about the now then the later, and that I'm living my days day by day. At least that's is my view on it, I'm not all that sure to be honest.

Hey alle, I like the blog, it looks pretty good. I agree with your stance on politcs. I do not follow them too much and so I am pretty unclear on what the real issues are and I also am looking forward to learning more about politcs and what it all means. Well, I will see you in class.
Hey Alle, is Alle short for Alexander, I think it is a cool name. My cousin (a girl) also has the name. Your arguement about living day by day.
My last comment was a bit too short so I felt the urge to write you just a bit more. I agree that it is hard to stay interested in politics ecspecially when it never seems to calm down. College has hurt my interest on the subject.
