Unit 2 Topic
I have chosen to do Immigration. It's a very hot topic for most of us that have seen and dealt with it first hand. Most all states and people living near the border of Mexico. It impacts the people close to the border mostly, but it is spreading throughout the country very quickly. Everyone talks about it and is aware of all the immigration problems that the country has had and is having. Some of the primary sources that could give me insight into to these issues are my friends and people that I work with. There are lots of families that I know that deal with these problems. This will be a fun and interesting topic hopefully.

Nice choice of for a topic. This is probably the only issue that I don't have strong opinion on, so it will be interesting to see what you come up with.
Hmmmm. Immigration seems to be a really good subject, however, it might be a bit too broad. Maybe you could focus in on a specific aspect of it, such as: the fence, border patrol, concentrations of immigrants, a candidates plan, ideas on how to handle it, etc....
You should be fine, this seems like a fun topic.
This is a great topic because it has been around since the start of our country and it is interesting to see how each president deals with it. But I do agree you might want to narrow it down. Once you get that you should be set and I am sure you will write a great paper. Good luck!
Immigration is an important issue, especially here in the southern states, but you may want to narrow it even more, it might still be too broad. I'm really interested in reading what your final paper will be.
Nice choice of topic. I was also originally going to do this, but I decided to change mine. I agree that it may be broad, so you can focus in on border security, or one of the candidates idea for controlling immigration. There should be a lot of information because it is an important topic.
