Logos Article
I'm doing my article about Bisphenol. They are putting this chemical in baby's bottles, and it is turning out that it might be dangerous. Bisphenol is a plastic-hardening chemical used to seal canned food and make baby bottles. After more than a year of complaints from consumer and parent groups, the FDA has agreed to recheck the safety of the chemical. The agency last month said the trace amounts that leach out of food containers are not a threat to children or adults. This article uses logos by giving facts from the scientists that argue about the hazardous chemical. The final report on the chemical will be released and the end of the year this year. We'll see what happens soon with baby bottles.

This article is very interesting in how it deals with a lot of people and babies for that matter. Them using logos is a very good idea because if you look at the audience it seems like it would be people that are looking for facts and care a lot. The parents that care about their children will be very interested in the outcome of this research as well as me.
The possible dangers of Bisphenol were in like almost every magazine or newspaper I picked up this summer. I bet your article had a lot of pathos because its about dangerous things in baby bottles ]as well as the logos with the factual information!
The fda had better be correct because if even one baby is hurt because of this the public backlash will not be pretty. If there is this much hesitance toward it just dont use it.
What i find most interesting about this whole debate on whether or not plastic can be harmful to humans, is how late we discovered this potential problem. Humans all across the globe have been heavily using plastic for about 50-60 years, but only now have we discovered that it could be potentially harmful.
