Plans for Energy

I chose to do my topic about energy. In this article, it talks about both McCain and Obama's ideas and goals for energy in the U.S. It gives their positions on oil drilling, electricity, glabal warming, price relief, cars, and renewable energy-all of which will affect us all. The article is arguing about the importance of energy to America. It's not just something we can shook off anymore with the energy issues our country is having now. There are alternatives to all of the problems, and this article has them in it. I chose it because it's really interesting to hear about their proposals and ideas about the future. We will see some these ideas in action soon enough.

I am also interested in the candidates plan for energy, especially the part about oil! I am so tired of paying nearly 4 dollars a gallon for gas when it used to be only a dollar. I hope whoever the new President is will find a way to lower gas prices across the nation.

This is a very important issue and I think it would be very eye opening to read your article. I would like to know how each candidate feels on different energy issues. It will be interesting to see how each plans to deal with the oil problem since it is such a global problem.

I like the energy crisis issue. I really would like to know more about the candidates policys. We just need to be more careful about what we call green and energy efficiant. I.E. did you know it would take 4000 years for a solar panel to create as much energy as it took to make it?

Alle, the topic of energy continues to grow in importance. What could we do without energy? Nothing, really. The debate is about how to obtain and conserve more energy. The policies for both candidates, as you have shown in your chosen article, are both diverse and important. I hope a clear solution to oil dependence is found soon - one way or the other.
